[Remote] Laboratory Client Account Rep - Remote VA Only

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sentara Health is seeking a Laboratory Client Account Representative to support growth of its laboratory services across Northern Virginia. The role promotes laboratory services, builds and maintains client relationships, resolves service concerns, and supports client engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physician practices, healthcare organizations, and laboratory clients
• Conduct follow-up calls and outreach efforts to promote laboratory testing services and identify new business opportunities
• Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and service issues while ensuring timely resolution
• Collaborate with internal laboratory, operations, and customer service teams to deliver exceptional client support
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing and client engagement strategies for laboratory services
• Monitor client needs and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate account and client records within designated systems
• Serve as a trusted resource for clients regarding laboratory services, processes, and support needs

Skills

• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing, Sales & Marketing, or Medical Technology
• 3 years Healthcare Sales or 4 years Marketing
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for helping clients succeed
• Ability to build credibility and trust with healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Laboratory sales experience
