Remote Lead Generation VA: Messaging & Email Only, No Phone Calls (Part-Time, Commission Bonuses)

We're launching an online marketplace for businesses and digital assets, and we need Lead Generation VAs to find sellers and bring them onto the platform. Work from home, fully remote, 100% written. No calls or phoning. The job Find businesses and digital assets for sale (UK, USA, international) Build lead lists and contact potential sellers by direct message or email only Follow up and help convert them into live listings Track everything in a shared sheet How you get paid $20 every month as a base payment Plus $10 for every seller you bring in ($5 when they pay for their first month, $5 when they pay for their second) There is no limit. The more sellers you bring in, the more you earn. Examples: 5 sellers in a month = $20 + $50 = $70 20 sellers in a month = $20 + $200 = $220 50 sellers in a month = $20 + $500 = $520 Earnings depend on results and aren't guaranteed. Hours are flexible, starting at 5-10 per week, with more available as we grow. Paid trial, then ongoing work We start with a short paid trial and build our team around the strongest performers. This is a results-based role, and the people who deliver will be the ones who grow with us. Level: entry to intermediate. Some experience in lead generation, sales, research or outreach is preferred, but we'll train the right person. You need: strong written English, good research skills, attention to detail and reliable communication.
