Responsibilities
- Map Texas litigation workflows for efficiency
- Sell alongside account executives to firm leaders
- Represent the Texas customer in product prioritization
- Maintain authoritative Texas county-level knowledge
- Represent the firm at events; author practitioner content
Skills
- Experience in Texas civil litigation practice
- Record of driving technology adoption in a firm
- Direct experience with service of process workflows
- Credibility with senior lawyers on practice and tech
- Knowledge of eFileTexas across multiple counties
- Ability to lead partner-level conversations
