Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent – Remote, Year-Round $20/hour + uncapped commissions | Fully remote | Starts ASAP MUST HAVE 2026 FFM- CANNOT BE APPOINTED WITH AMBETTER! We're hiring licensed health agents for a year-round role with a guaranteed hourly base, uncapped commissions, and a clear path to grow. - Take inbound calls and make follow-up calls with consumers shopping for health coverage
- Help clients find and enroll in ACA Marketplace plans that fit their needs and budget
- Screen for subsidy eligibility and explain plan options, costs, and networks clearly
- Handle Special Enrollment Period (SEP) cases year-round
- Keep records accurate and follow all CMS and carrier compliance rules
- Build a book of business through retention, renewals, and referrals What you'll get

- An active Health (or Life & Health) insurance license, or the ability to get one quickly
- Current FFM/Marketplace certification, or willingness to complete it before you start
- Sales, call center, or customer service experience (ACA or Medicare experience is a big plus)
- Strong phone skills and the ability to explain complex topics simply
- Comfort with CRMs and enrollment platforms
- A quiet home workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and a computer
