[Remote] Licensed Health Insurance Agent – Medicare – Remote – Inbound Leads Provided

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pitch Health Solutions is a licensed Medicare agency that hires agents to help beneficiaries compare and enroll in suitable plans. The role handles inbound calls, follows a compliant needs-based sales process, and serves customers remotely with support from team leads.

Responsibilities

• You'll help Medicare beneficiaries compare and enroll in plans that fit their needs, working fully remote and taking calls from people who are already shopping for coverage
• Calls come to you through our dialer. You won't be buying leads or prospecting
• You'll follow a compliant, needs-based sales process that meets CMS guidelines. Calls are recorded for quality and compliance
• Team Leads support you day to day with coaching, call reviews, and help with tough cases
• As you grow, we help expand your non-resident licenses so you can take calls from more states

Skills

• Active resident Health (or Life & Health) license
• Professional phone presence and comfort with a CRM and dialer
• Strong, reliable internet connection (Ethernet preferred), a computer, and a quiet place to work
• 4+ active non-resident state licenses
• Medicare/AHIP certification
• Experience in Medicare, ACA, or phone sales
