Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) – Pittsburgh, PA

Compensation: $40 per completed client session and $20 per administrative hour as a W2 employee The Quietory Counseling and Wellness is growing its clinical team in the Pittsburgh area and is seeking an independently licensed mental health therapist who wants to provide meaningful, high-quality care while having the support of a growing practice behind them. This position is currently fully remote. As The Quietory Counseling and Wellness grows its presence in the Pittsburgh area, there may be future opportunities for clinicians serving the Pittsburgh market to provide in-person services in the Wexford area.

About The Role This is a clinical position for an independently licensed therapist who is comfortable providing counseling through a virtual practice environment. You will have the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients while receiving support with many of the administrative responsibilities that can take clinicians away from their clinical work. What You’ll Do Provide Meaningful Care Provide high-quality counseling to individuals, couples, and/or families based on your areas of experience and expertise. Collaborate Participate in clinical consultation and team discussions, share ideas, and contribute to a collaborative practice culture. Continue Growing Take advantage of professional development and training opportunities that support your clinical interests and long-term goals. What We’re Looking For

• An independently licensed therapist in good standing in Pennsylvania
• Experience providing individual, couples, and/or family counseling
• Comfortable providing services through Telehealth
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine commitment to client-centered care
• Someone who values collaboration while also being comfortable working independently
• Comfort using technology and electronic practice-management systems
• Ability to use Google Workspace and learn practice platforms such as Jane App
• Interested in serving clients in the Pittsburgh area and potentially participating in the practice’s future local growth

Compensation

• $40.00 per completed client session

Administrative hours may include eligible practice-related responsibilities outside of completed client sessions.
