What You'll Do
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and relationship building
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
- Meet with customers to understand their financial goals and home financing needs
- Explain loan programs, terms, and requirements
- Review borrower financial information and required documentation
- Manage and maintain your loan pipeline
- Work closely with processing and underwriting to move loans through the process
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan process
- Stay current on mortgage products, regulations, market conditions, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
Elite Level Loan Officers / Entry-Level You don't need years of mortgage experience to be successful. We're looking for people who are:

Experienced Loan Officers Candidates with 1+ year of experience in mortgage lending, banking, real estate, or a related field are encouraged to apply. Experienced Loan Officers should have a proven ability to:
- Generate and manage a mortgage pipeline
- Develop referral and client relationships
- Evaluate borrower financial information
- Recommend appropriate loan products
- Deliver exceptional customer service
