Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Trillium Health Resources is hiring a Manager, Agile Product Management to oversee the applications product backlog and prioritize stories as business needs change. The role also manages the Product Services and Project Services teams and supports their core responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Drive development and delivery using Agile Scrum methodology
- Participate in and facilitate (when needed) daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
- Evaluate and report on the technical performance of assigned team members
- Discover and contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems functional architecture, detail systems design, configuration, or program specifications to deliver IT system outcomes that meet user and organization needs
Skills
- Associate's degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR
- Bachelor's degree and one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Advanced degree
- Experience in any of the following areas: healthcare claims environment and applications development, demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, and SQL
- Knowledge of Project Management principles and agile methodologies, and the ownership of product portfolio
- Supervision of two (2) or more employees or experience acting in a lead role position for at least one (1) year
- Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications desired
