Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CVS Health is hiring a Manager, FP&A to support the Aetna Business Operations consolidated reporting team. The role consolidates financial results, prepares management presentations and talking points for close, forecast, budget, and strategic planning, and supports accurate reporting, capital planning, expense management, and process standardization.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for consolidating our financials, creating the management presentations and/or talking points for month close, forecast and budget as well as our multi-year strategic plan
- You will also be responsible for driving standardization across the overall organization in the way work is done
- This role will work closely with the Aetna Business Operations finance teams to ensure that our reporting is both accurate and timely and that we are getting to the why behind the key drivers
- Assist with coordination of planning and analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity which may include financial metrics, process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Aetna Business Operations finance teams to understand the overall story and key drivers and ensure financial presentations and analysis are detailed and accurate
- Support capital planning and expense management strategies in partnership with Aetna Business Operations finance teams
- Support special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses
- Leveraging strong communication and technology skills
- Continuous process improvement and leveraging of technology
- Be a creative problem solver within fast evolving environment and have ability to adapt to change
Skills
- 5-7 years of relevant financial experience
- Experienced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are needed along with experience with financial systems
- Proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion and S4 Hana
- Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; and or equivalent professional work experience
- Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field
