Responsibilities
- Lead and manage consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Conduct thorough assessments of client operations, identifying areas for improvement and growth
- Develop and present tailored strategies and recommendations to clients, facilitating stakeholder discussions
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and main point of contact
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative and effective solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience in consulting, with a proven track record of successful project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
- Master's degree
