[Remote] Managing Director, US Growth and Performance

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fulchester Consultants is seeking a senior leader to drive growth and performance across its US business remit. The role owns growth strategy, go-to-market execution, commercial and operating objectives, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead US growth strategy, strategic planning, and go-to-market execution
• Own delivery against agreed revenue growth, P&L management, customer, and operating-performance objectives
• Build disciplined performance-management routines, forecasting, reporting, and commercial reviews
• Partner across sales, marketing, product, technology, finance, and operations to remove barriers to growth
• Develop strategic partnerships and represent the US business with senior customers and stakeholders
• Provide executive leadership that strengthens accountability, operational excellence, and sustainable results

Skills

• Senior leadership experience in a business unit, market, region, division, or operating company
• Strong capability in growth strategy, business development, revenue growth, strategic planning, and performance management
• Experience with P&L accountability, commercial operations, and cross-functional leadership
• The judgement and communication skills to convert commercial opportunity into practical execution
• Background in Business Consulting and Services, IT Services and IT Consulting, or Technology, Information and Internet would be valuable
