The Marketing and Income Generation Team Administrator provides confidential administrative support to senior leaders, coordinates key activities, and deputises for the Senior PA to the Director.
Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, confidential support to senior leaders across the Marketing & Income Generation Directorate, coordinating complex diaries, meetings, correspondence and key administrative activities to keep the leadership team operating effectively
- This role will also act as the deputy to the Senior PA to the Director of Marketing & Income Generation, maintaining shared systems, supporting directorate-wide priorities, and using sound judgement and discretion to manage sensitive information and competing demands
Skills
- Experience of providing secretarial or administrative support to a senior manager or team
- Experience of using digital systems for reporting and tracking
- Experience of preparing presentation materials
- Diary planning & making meeting bookings & travel arrangements
- Experience of taking minutes and preparing agendas
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple requests at once
- Experience of creating purchase orders using organisational financial systems
