[Remote] Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tetra Tech is seeking a Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist to support proposal development, visual communications, social media content, and internal communications across its operating unit. The role combines proposal production and quality control with graphic design, digital content development, and marketing resource management.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, production, and submission of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other business development materials
• Format, edit, proofread, and quality-control complex documents using advanced Microsoft Word and Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Create compelling visual communications including infographics, organizational charts, proposal graphics, process diagrams, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
• Develop content and graphics for social media, SharePoint, intranet communications, employee announcements, and project highlights
• Collaborate with project managers, technical staff, and marketing professionals to transform complex technical information into clear, engaging written and visual content
• Maintain project descriptions, resumes, templates, graphics libraries, and other marketing and proposal resources
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to Tetra Tech branding standards and present information in a professional, visually effective manner
• Support multimedia and digital communication initiatives, including video, animation, and emerging AI-enabled marketing tools
• Manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, fully remote environment while consistently delivering high-quality work

Skills

• Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing, proposal coordination, graphic design, communications, or a related role
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, including Styles and templates, large document formatting, Section breaks, Headers and footers, Automatic numbering, Cross-references Tables of contents Document troubleshooting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Professional experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Acrobat Demonstrated experience developing professional graphics, layouts, presentations, and branded marketing materials
• Strong editing and proofreading abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions
• Experience supporting proposals, qualifications packages, and business development pursuits
• Experience within the architecture, engineering, construction, environmental, or professional services industries
• Experience managing SharePoint or other content management platforms
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar multimedia tools
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, marketing databases, and business development systems
• Experience developing social media campaigns and digital marketing initiatives
• Experience utilizing AI-driven tools to enhance marketing, proposal, or graphic design workflows
