About the role We are seeking a reliable, organized Remote Medical Assistant to support pharmacy fulfillment, provider coordination, scheduling, and patient-pipeline operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can manage details, communicate clearly, and keep time-sensitive healthcare workflows moving.
Responsibilities
Coordinate medication orders, pharmacy fulfillment, shipping updates, and follow-ups. Communicate with providers, pharmacies, patients, and internal team members. Manage patient pipelines and maintain accurate records across multiple systems. Support scheduling, appointment coordination, reminders, and operational follow-through. Track pending items, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues promptly. Help improve repeatable workflows as our franchise and operator network expands. Maintain confidentiality and handle patient information responsibly.
Qualifications
Medical Assistant, healthcare operations, pharmacy coordination, patient-care, or related experience preferred. Strong organization, written communication, follow-up, and time-management skills. Comfortable working remotely across email, scheduling, CRM, pharmacy, and patient-management systems. Detail-oriented, proactive, dependable, and able to prioritize urgent issues. Familiarity with medication fulfillment, provider coordination, or patient pipelines is a strong plus. Growth opportunity This position can evolve into a more senior operational role, including leading team members, improving workflows, and managing a department supporting pharmacy, provider, scheduling, or patient operations. Compensation $15-$25 per hour, depending on experience. This is a remote, full-time opportunity.
