[Remote] Meta Ads Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Scale Codes is a coaching and education company helping eCommerce founders build marketing strategies and systems. The Meta Ads Consultant leads virtual group coaching sessions, helping founders assess, set up, and troubleshoot Meta advertising campaigns and make informed testing and scaling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead group training, live campaign reviews, troubleshooting, and Q&A
• Help founders assess whether their offer, website, tracking, and budget are ready for paid ads
• Guide campaign setup, objectives, account structure, and budget allocation
• Teach full-funnel advertising across awareness, consideration, and purchase
• Review creative concepts, hooks, messaging, offers, and landing-page alignment
• Help members build structured testing plans and interpret results
• Diagnose performance using metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and ROAS
• Explain how margins, average order value, and repeat purchases affect advertising decisions
• Guide Meta Pixel and Conversions API fundamentals, event verification, and tracking troubleshooting
• Recommend when to adjust creative, improve the website, pause a test, or increase spend
• Answer relevant client questions in the group channel and direct messages within an agreed support scope
• Save useful answers to recurring questions in our shared resource library
• Coordinate with our growth/conversion and brand/content coaches to keep recommendations aligned

Skills

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing Meta ads for eCommerce brands
• Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, campaign tracking, and advertising analytics
• Experience developing creative testing strategies and making budget decisions based on results
• The ability to distinguish advertising problems from offer, website, or tracking problems
• Experience consulting, coaching, or teaching business owners
• Clear communication and patience when explaining technical concepts
• Confidence supporting smaller brands with realistic budgets, as well as brands preparing to scale
• Willingness to learn our framework and proprietary AI tools
