Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NextGen, a Kelly Telecom Company, is seeking an experienced Nokia Core Network Engineer to support upcoming telecommunications network projects. The role focuses on integrating, deploying, testing, validating, and troubleshooting Nokia 4G/5G core network solutions across IMS and EPC environments, while collaborating with engineering, operations, and customer teams.
Responsibilities
- Support integration, deployment, testing and troubleshooting of Nokia Core network solutions
- Work with Nokia platforms such as OCS, SDM, CFX5000 and CMS8200
- Support IMS and EPC network environments
- Troubleshoot SIP and Diameter signaling
- Support lab integration, validation and FOA activities
- Develop or use automation scripts for testing, integration and troubleshooting
- Work closely with engineering, operations and customer teams
Skills
- Should have an active USA work authorization
- Strong Nokia Core network experience
- OCS, SDM, CFX5000 and/or CMS8200
- IMS / EPC
- SIP / Diameter
- Tcl/Tk, Python or similar scripting experience
- Telecom carrier network experience
