The role also involves mentoring a team and participating in ongoing personal, professional, and leadership development.
Responsibilities
- Strategically achieve business growth via attraction marketing - we train you in various social and digital marketing methods
- Generate leads and assess for suitability / fit for our solutions
- Set your own targets, and be accountable and rewarded for your own results
- Share your expertise with colleagues via weekly zoom training sessions
- Train, coach and mentor a team of leaders
