Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Confidential is seeking an Oracle CCS/C2M Billing Consultant for a contractual utility billing project. The consultant will lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle C2M Billing solutions, while translating business requirements and supporting end-to-end billing processes and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle C2M Billing solutions for utility clients
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, billing processes, and system enhancements
- Configure and support billing-related functionality, including billing calculations, bill generation, rate structures, and billing adjustments
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand utility billing requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
- Support end-to-end billing processes, including meter data integration, usage validation, bill calculation, invoicing, and payment processing
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations between Oracle C2M and other utility applications
- Lead functional testing activities, including test planning, test case preparation, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
