[Remote] Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM Engineer / Architect

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. System Soft Technologies is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure IAM Engineer/Architect to design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise identity and access management solutions in complex cloud environments. The role leads hands-on IAM initiatives from solution design through deployment and production support.

Responsibilities

• Senior Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) IAM Engineer / Architect to design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise identity and access management solutions within complex cloud environments
• The ideal candidate combines enterprise architecture experience with practical implementation skills and can independently lead complex IAM initiatives from solution design through development, integration, testing, deployment, and production support

Skills

• 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity management, cloud security, or related technical solutions
• Extensive hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (OCI IAM)
• Strong experience configuring OCI identity domains, users, groups, dynamic groups, compartments, and IAM policies
• Demonstrated expertise developing OCI IAM policy statements and enforcing least-privilege access controls
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and securing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise identity providers with OCI IAM
• Advanced knowledge of SSO, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, LDAP, and identity federation
• Experience integrating OCI IAM with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Experience implementing automated identity provisioning, deprovisioning, directory synchronization, and identity lifecycle workflows
• Strong understanding of enterprise authentication, authorization, and access management architecture
• Experience implementing cloud security controls and securing enterprise applications and infrastructure
• Ability to design and implement complex IAM solutions across development, testing, and production environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving IAM integrations, authentication, authorization, and production system performance
• Experience conducting security risk assessments and supporting audit/compliance requirements
• Strong technical documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to independently lead hands-on technical implementations and resolve complex enterprise IAM challenges
