Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Robert Half is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking an Oracle HCM Analyst to support a recently implemented Oracle HCM environment. The role focuses on optimizing the system, resolving post-implementation issues, and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to improve processes and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Oracle HCM modules in a recently implemented environment
- Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve post-implementation issues
- Assist with system enhancements, configurations, workflows, forms, and templates
- Collaborate with senior analysts and business stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives
- Help mature and stabilize enterprise HR processes and Oracle capabilities
- Serve as a trusted resource for end users and functional stakeholders
Skills
- 4+ years of Oracle HCM experience
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM functionality, processes, and best practices
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Comfortable taking direction, partnering with senior team members, and contributing positively to team dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with functional and technical stakeholders
- Experience working directly with HR and business users
- Skilled at requirements gathering, process improvement, and solution consultation
- Strong Oracle product knowledge
- Understands how to leverage the platform to solve business challenges, improve processes, and drive user adoption
