[Remote] Paid Media Manager: Own Every Dollar We Spend to Be Heard

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tuttle Capital Management (TCM) is hiring a Paid Media Manager to execute and manage its paid media strategy across multiple channels. The role owns campaign development, budget allocation, optimization, reporting, attribution, and coordination with creative and web teams while following financial marketing compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own paid search and paid social from strategy through build, optimization, and reporting, across Google, Microsoft/Bing, X, and other social platforms, with a steady cadence of creative testing
• Run display and placement deals with partners across the ETF and advisor world
• Manage the paid budget: how it is split across channels, how fast it is spent, and what it is forecast to deliver
• Defend every dollar with numbers, and move money away from whatever isn't working
• Work with our data analyst on attribution, so we have one story about what is working instead of competing ones
• Brief our creative team on what you need, our web team on landing pages, forms, and tracking
• Take compliance seriously. All paid creative and copy goes through our review process under FINRA Rule 2210 and the SEC marketing rule, and nothing changes after approval

Skills

• Extensive, hands-on, multi-channel paid media experience
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google, Bing, X, YouTube, and TikTok. You have run these accounts yourself, day to day
• Experience managing a large budget and the judgment to move money between channels
• The ability to explain every dollar you spend
• Comfort working inside a compliance review process, or the drive to learn one fast
• The self-direction to thrive on a small team
• Experience in financial services, ETFs, or asset management
• Experience buying placement on AI or LLM surfaces
• Experience managing specialist vendors
• Familiarity with attribution modeling, Google Analytics, and Search Console
