Remote Position

[Remote] Partner Enablement Operations Manager

🌍 Remote · United States 💼 Full-time

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Sage Group’s client is an enterprise AI safety and research company supporting a growing global partner ecosystem. The Partner Enablement Operations Manager will own day-to-day certification program administration, support triage, exam operations, reporting, analytics, and process documentation to ensure a seamless partner learner experience as the program scales.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner candidate registration and exam scheduling within Pearson VUE, configure and maintain exam delivery settings, and ensure alignment between candidate eligibility and our tiering and entitlement rules
  • Verify certification completion records submitted via partner intake forms and route credentialed learners into the appropriate downstream groups
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the partner enablement support inbox
  • Respond to inbound questions regarding exam access, scheduling, certification status, and discount eligibility, escalating complex cases as needed
  • Partner closely with our AI support agent (Fin) to ensure routine inquiries are deflected and escalated tickets are resolved in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to surface partner certification attainment across the ecosystem
  • Connect certification data to partner program tiers, co-sell eligibility, and business outcomes so internal stakeholders have a clear view of how training and credentialing translate into partner performance
  • Over time, develop a system to track and report against learner pipeline progression from initial training enrollment through certification completion and into measurable business impact, enabling the team to make data-driven decisions about where to invest in partner readiness
  • Document manual workflows to support future automation, knowledge transfer, and program scaling
  • Identify operational pain points and surface improvement opportunities to the Partner Enablement leadership team

Skills

  • 7 or more years of experience in certification program operations, learning operations, or partner programs, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology environment, with demonstrated ownership of certification platforms end to end
  • Deep, hands-on experience administering Pearson VUE or comparable proctored exam delivery platforms, including candidate registration, exam scheduling, eligibility configuration, voucher management, and proctoring workflows
  • Strong technical understanding of how a certification platform integrates with surrounding systems, including partner portals, Salesforce, identity providers, and data warehouses, with the ability to troubleshoot integration issues across the stack
  • Experience owning certification operations end to end, including candidate data flows, exam delivery integrations, credential issuance, and ensuring clean data pipelines from the certification platform into partner portal and Salesforce for reporting and attribution
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and middleware (Workato, Zapier, Tray, or similar), and able to partner closely with engineering, RevOps, and IT on integration design, field mapping, and data hygiene
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, light formula and scripting work, and dashboarding tools (Looker, Tableau, or Salesforce reports) to monitor certification throughput, pass rates, and data integrity across systems
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to manage high-volume email and Slack-based support professionally and clearly, including translating technical issues for non-technical partner audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong judgment around when to act, ask, or escalate, particularly when platform or data issues block partner access
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems (GSIs, CSPs, resellers) and understanding how certification and enablement data flows support partner tiering, co-sell motions, and pipeline attribution, preferred but not required

Benefits

  • Remote work; flexibility to go into the Seattle office if feasible
