Fairytale After Dark is the premier Luxury Boudoir Portrait Studio in Houston, TX. We are seeking driven, competitive, and money-motivated Appointment Setters to join our high performance Reservation Team. If you thrive in fast paced, goal driven environments and love closing deals while making a meaningful impact, this is the role for you!
Compensation
You're paid for every booking you close, with no cap on earnings. Hit a new tier and your whole week's bookings reprice at the higher rate, not just the ones above the line. TIER 1: Bookings Per Week: 1-20, Pay =$25/booking TIER 2: Bookings Per Week: 21-30, Pay= $27/booking TIER 3: Bookings Per Week: 31-40, Pay= $30/booking + $150 bonus for hitting Tier 3 Most contractors earn $250–$1,300 per week depending on performance, and top performers earn more. This is a 1099 engagement: no hourly base, and you're responsible for your own taxes. Why you'll love it

- Reach out by phone to women who have already requested information about a session
- Turn interest into confirmed appointments using our proven booking script
- Work through hesitation about price, timing and confidence with warmth and skill

Who you are
- Commission-motivated. You'd rather bet on yourself than settle for a flat rate.
- Confident on the phone. You bring steady energy to every call, including the tenth "not right now."
- A skilled communicator. You speak and write clearly and professionally.
- Hard to rattle. An objection is the start of the conversation for you, not the end.
- Self-managed and open to coaching. You run your own day, and you put feedback to work fast.
