Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. MPower Plus is seeking an experienced PLM Project Manager to lead and deliver product lifecycle management initiatives across business and technical teams. The role manages end-to-end PLM projects, requirements, testing, change management, stakeholder communications, and delivery of PLM solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end PLM projects, including implementations, upgrades, migrations, and enhancements
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Partner with business, engineering, IT, and cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements
- Drive UAT, testing, defect resolution, and change management activities
- Support BOM, NPI, configuration management, and PLM process improvement initiatives
- Prepare project plans, status reports, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Ensure timely delivery of PLM solutions aligned with business requirements
Skills
- Proven Project Management experience in a PLM environment
- Experience with Agile PLM, Teamcenter, or another enterprise PLM platform
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, UAT/testing, issue management, and change management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, stakeholders, budgets, resources, and schedules
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Oracle Agile PLM / Oracle Cloud PLM
- PLM implementation or migration experience
- Manufacturing / Product Development experience
