Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NTT DATA provides IT and business services, including cloud, data, and applications. The company is seeking a Portfolio Analytics, Engineering Support Professional to resolve client support issues, collaborate with engineering teams, improve the Marquee portfolio analytics client experience, and create documentation and code-based support tools.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and drive support resolution with senior external clients, internal stake holders and other Marquee engineering teams. Serve as point of escalation for support issues from Marquee Helpdesk (L1)
- Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues
- Influence and suggest improvements on roadmap for enhancing Marquee client experience, focusing on portfolio analytics
- Create documentation /runbooks and code snippets to share with clients and internal engineering teams
Skills
- Must be comfortable coding in Java, Python, debugging API calls, writing quality-of-life snippets for clients, creating scripts for debug tooling
- Must have a basic knowledge of UI and API integration
- Must be presentable to clients and a clear, empathetic communicator able to talk to clients and stakeholders with confidence
- Must be willing to execute on support issues while also building out the function and automating resolution of repeat issues
- Experience preferably 5+ years
- Past experience working with any of equities, portfolio construction, portfolio optimization, factor analytics, hedging, trade and risk management tools, financial services, hedge funds, investment banks, stock markets, quantitative investing would be valuable but not mandatory
