Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Product Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the bridge between consumers and product developers. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:
- Receive and review the In‑Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each product assignment.
- Unbox, read instructions, and set up the product in a safe, responsible manner.
- Document your experience through screenshots, audio recordings, videos, and written journal entries as specified.
- Use the product for the required duration, noting any issues, usability concerns, or standout features.
- Complete online or mobile feedback forms, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
