Key Responsibilities

As a brighthush In‑Home Usage Tester, you will be the frontline observer and reporter for a variety of consumer products. Your primary duties include:

• Receive and review the In‑Home Usage Test (IHUT) Daily Schedule for each product assignment.
• Unpack, set up, and use the product as instructed, ensuring all safety and usage guidelines are followed.
• Document your experience through screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries.
• Complete online or mobile feedback forms, providing candid, detailed responses to targeted questions.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by partner research firms when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized testing environment and handle the product responsibly.

Essential Qualifications
