Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Clark Creative Solutions is hiring a Program Manager to lead a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract supporting the National Guard Bureau. The role provides contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, strategic direction, and the primary interface with Government leadership.
Responsibilities
- The Program Manager will provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Military Science, Organizational Leadership, Training Management, Emergency Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years supporting DoD, National Guard, Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Component headquarters
- Minimum 5 years managing government contracts
- Experience supervising geographically dispersed personnel
- Experience leading readiness, training, planning, exercise, or operational support efforts
- Strong executive communication and briefing skills
- Active Secret Clearance Required
- TS/SCI Preferred
- Master's degree
- Former military O-4 through O-6
- Former National Guard J7/J37 experience
- Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC) experience
- DRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS expertise
