[Remote] Program Manager I

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Epitec is seeking a Program Manager to support a healthcare agency on a public health initiative improving treatment access for individuals with rare hematologic conditions. The role supports project implementation, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, program evaluation, reporting, and documentation in a part-time remote capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in overseeing project implementation and execution
• Coordinate meetings, track timelines, and manage project deliverables
• Foster stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor day-to-day project activities and ensure milestones are achieved
• Assist with program evaluation, outcomes tracking, and performance measurement
• Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
• Organize project records and maintain accurate documentation

Skills

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare project management, healthcare administration, public health, or quality improvement
• Experience supporting clinical, healthcare, or public health programs
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Active RN, LPN, or Pharmacist license
• Experience with Medicaid, public health, or government-funded healthcare programs
• Healthcare quality improvement and outcomes measurement experience
• Grant-funded project experience
• Knowledge of therapeutic access programs or rare disease initiatives
