[Remote] Project Manager - #26-26473

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. US Tech Solutions is recruiting for a confidential client. The Project Manager supports two commercial brand teams and special projects, managing brand planning, alliance governance, product loss-of-exclusivity activities, and national meetings.

Responsibilities

• Establish & facilitate team ways of working and governance
• Manage & conduct project kickoffs with any subsequent meeting cadences to support projects to completion
• Workshop coordination and facilitation
• Capture and deliver team status updates
• Project plan creation/maintenance
• Create & maintain project, executive, milestone timelines
• Create & maintain team org chart, scorecards, status report including KPIs, charter, RACI, team communications plan, meeting minutes and action items

Skills

• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required
• Expertise in independently managing large projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience with established project management methodology, KPIs and templates
• Experience partnering directly with brand teams and brand/executive leadership
• A strategic leader with a proactive mindset
• Results-driven with a high sense of urgency and accountability: ability to meet business objectives, deliverables, and timely completion of initiatives with a cross-functional team
• High standards for accuracy in written and verbal communication
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills - ability to effectively organize and prioritize tasks to achieve established deadlines
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and major functional areas
• Strong managerial, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to function effectively under conditions of uncertainty and ambiguity, and ability to navigate competing demands
• Ability to effectively utilize project management tools and software
• Strong MS Office Suite skills & deck building (for both brands and leadership)
• Strong capability as an adaptive learner
• Strategic planning experience within marketing or commercial operations space
• BA/BS degree
• Brand LoE management
• Knowledge of working across strategic alliances
• PMP certification
• Marketing operations or marketing experience preferred
