Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Akkodis Group Nordics is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technical programs for a client. The role coordinates cross-functional engineering teams, manages risks and dependencies, facilitates stakeholder communication, and improves Agile/Kanban processes using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional technical programs and projects
- Collaborate with engineering teams to identify dependencies, resolve technical blockers, and ensure project milestones are achieved
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing clear project updates and timelines
- Monitor project health, proactively identify risks, and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes
- Implement and optimize Agile/Kanban processes to improve team productivity and operational efficiency
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress, manage program metrics, and support data-driven decision-making
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or a related role
- Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and AI/ML environments
- Proven experience managing complex cross-functional engineering projects and driving successful project delivery
