[Remote] Project Manager

The Client Services Project Manager manages global healthcare market research projects, providing proactive client support, overseeing timelines, budgets, sampling strategies, vendors, and project delivery while strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily, thoughtful updates to clients on your projects which highlight our knowledge and expertise in the industry
• Owning the success of your projects as they field and onboarding vendors as needed to meet agreed upon deadlines and sample sizes/quotas
• Developing and executing sample strategies that deliver on time for our clients while tracking profitability metrics internally to ensure all around project success
• Work closely with the account management team and programming team to ensure the successful delivery of customer projects, proactively address challenges, and be empowered to make the best decisions for clients and the business

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in healthcare market research
• 2+ years of experience in project management or client services roles with proven track record of successfully delivering outstanding work
• Understanding of and experience in market research delivery and operations
• Outstanding, impactful, and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Results-oriented, customer-centric mindset with great attention to detail
• Strong follow-through, priority management, and multi-tasking skills
• Ability to build positive and strong relationships with customers and across the organization
• Early-adopter mindset: helping to develop new tools, experimenting with AI capabilities, and finding better ways to work
• Financial acumen: comfortable reading project financials, monitoring spend against budget, and making cost-conscious decisions
• Ability to manage challenges and address them head-on
• Inspired by setting stretch goals and putting in the work to achieve them
