The role coordinates project team members, manages resources across the development life cycle, and ensures requirements and objectives are thoroughly documented.

Responsibilities

• Resource allocation and management throughout all phases of the development life cycle, including: + Feasibility study + Requirements gathering and analysis + Return on Investment (ROI) assessment + Business plan development + Design and testing + Implementation planning
• Coordinate and direct the activities of project team members
• Ensure all project requirements and objectives are documented thoroughly
