[Remote] Project Manager IV

Dice is seeking a Project Manager to streamline supplier onboarding for a banking client by coordinating cross-functional workstreams, documenting current-state processes, identifying gaps, and designing improved workflows. The role will also create operationally usable process maps and track progress across workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support process-improvement activities across approximately five to six supplier-onboarding workstreams
• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders across third-party risk, sourcing, legal, technology, and business functions
• Develop detailed process maps and workflows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools
• Capture all process steps, dependencies, decision points, handoffs, and controls
• Challenge assumptions and identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies
• Document current-state processes and help design future-state workflows
• Recommend practical improvements to reduce fragmentation and improve efficiency
• Translate stakeholder feedback and pain points into actionable process enhancements
• Ensure completed process documentation is accurate, logical, comprehensive, and operationally usable
• Partner with the initiative lead or overall project manager to track progress across workstreams

Skills

• Approximately 5-7 years of relevant project management, process improvement, business process analysis, or workflow documentation experience
• Advanced experience developing detailed process maps and workflows
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio or comparable process-mapping tools
• Ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and gather information from multiple teams
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to identify process gaps, challenge assumptions, and recommend improvements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn complex, fragmented business processes and connect information across workstreams
• Banking or financial-services experience
• Experience with third-party risk management or supplier/vendor onboarding
• Experience streamlining supplier onboarding or procurement-related processes
• Knowledge of banking controls, regulatory requirements, or risk-management practices
• Visio or process-mapping certification
• Workflow optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, or business process management experience
