Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator specializing in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge solutions. The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of high-profile projects and programs for clients, manage project teams and lifecycles, mitigate risks, build stakeholder relationships, and improve project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage project and program teams to deliver highly visibly strategic solutions for our clients using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from initiation through close-out and transition
- Help define and drive strategic direction of both Insight and our clients
- Build key relationships with clients and leaders
- Mitigate risk and proactively work project issues
- Drive tangible and sustainable improvement in PM capabilities
- Assist with business development activities to grow Insight Services business
- Mentor less experienced Project Managers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
- 7 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the IT services, IT Operations or professional services industry
- Experience with hybrid methodologies and agile delivery of technical projects
- PMP or Agile certification
- Track record of success guiding and leading project teams to success

- Must be passionate about continuous improvement
- Must be able to manage technical resources working on multiple projects seamlessly
