This entry-level role focuses on reviewing written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity, ensuring all company materials meet high standards of quality. This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere while helping maintain the professionalism and accuracy of all communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and proofread documents, reports, emails, and other written materials
- Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors
- Ensure all content aligns with company style and quality standards
- Provide feedback to content creators to improve clarity and consistency
- Maintain organized records of revisions and proofing activities
- Assist with other content quality or operational tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications (Entry-Level Friendly)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written communication skills and knowledge of English grammar
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Highly organized and reliable
- Prior proofreading or content editing experience is a plus but not required
