About the RoleWe are seeking a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and medication management services via telehealth to clients across Mississippi.This role is ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, collaboration, and ethical, patient-centered care.You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including therapists and care coordinators, in a supportive and well-structured virtual environment.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations via telehealthProvide medication management, monitoring, and follow-up careDiagnose mental health conditions in accordance with DSM-5 criteriaCollaborate with therapists and other providers as part of a coordinated care teamMaintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentationAdhere to all state and federal regulations, including HIPAA standardsParticipate in occasional team meetings or case consultations as neededQualificationsActive, unrestricted Mississippi APRN licenseBoard certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)DEA license and ability to prescribe controlled substances in MississippiExperience providing psychiatric services to adults (children / adolescents a plus, if applicable)Comfortable working independently in a remote settingStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsTelehealth experience preferred but not requiredWhat We OfferFully remote, telehealth-based positionFlexible scheduling and autonomy over your caseloadAdministrative and billing supportCompetitive compensation (W-2 or 1099 options available, depending on structure)Supportive leadership and collaborative clinical cultureOpportunity to help expand access to quality mental health care across Mississippi.
