Remote || PTC Windchill Sr. Project Manager/ Program Manager || Chicago

Hello Position : PTC Windchill Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager Location - Chicago/MLK – Remote JD : The PTC Windchill Sr. Project Manager/ Program Manager is a primary Customer facing role that is responsible for managing requirements gathering, solution planning, project execution, solution implementation, go-live and post go-live support, as well as project close and transition of support back to Customer IT & Business teams, according to strict deadlines and within defined budget. Should have worked on multiple PTC Windchill implementation, Upgrade, Migrations projects and exposure to the healthcare /medical devices industry. Needs to have sound knowledge and exposure on UDI and Regulatory Hub related topics. In addition, the PLM Technology Sr. Project Manager/ Program Manager manages cost estimation, resource & budget planning, along with resource coordination of efforts for both onshore, offshore, and Customer team members as well as any third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. Exp- 12 to 15 years PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Working closely with the customer and Business and IT team for project planning and execution · Contribute to project estimation and project transition from sales team to delivery teams. · Directly manage internal and external project initiation and mobilization activities · Regularly communicate with all levels of Company and Customer organization · Define and document project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders · Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents · Effectively communicate project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion · Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals · Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary · Determine and assess need for additional project staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitment if necessary, during project cycle. · Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. · Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path · Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools · Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations Thanks and regards Sonali Silswal Team Lead- Talent Acquisition Email: Contact: LinkedIn: Address: 2591 Dallas Pkwy, Ste 300, Frisco, TX 75034 Website:
