Remote Radiant & Cupid Analyst
Healthcare IT Leaders is seeking an Epic Radiant & Cupid Analyst for a fully Remote 6+ Months Staff Aug opportunity, with likelihood of extensions. Responsibilities: Configure, build, and maintain Epic Radiant and Cupid application workflows to support clinical and operational needs Provide day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, and resolution of tickets and service requests Partner with radiology, cardiology, and operational stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions Design, test, and validate build changes and enhancements before migration to production Participate in upgrades, release testing, and change management activities Maintain documentation of configurations, workflows, and support procedures Train end users and provide ongoing system education Requirements: Hands-on experience as an Epic Radiant and Cupid analyst Epic certification in Radiant Working knowledge of radiology and cardiology clinical workflows Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working within ticketing and change control processes Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical, technical, and project teams To learn more about this and other positions, contact Jonathan Jenkins at or .
