Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sunrise Systems is seeking project management professionals to support an R&D Global Capability Model transformation as global development capabilities expand across India and Poland. The roles support planning, execution, workforce planning, stakeholder coordination, and organizational change across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Lead functional planning and end-to-end execution
- Partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational transformation
- Manage complex cross-functional dependencies, risks, and issues
- Support business cases, executive presentations, and strategic decisions
- Support project planning, execution tracking, and stakeholder coordination
- Coordinate workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and transition readiness
- Track milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies across workstreams
- Support change management, business-case analysis, and implementation activities
Skills
- Experience in project or program management within complex organizations
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience in workforce planning, organizational transformation, change management, or large-scale implementations
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams, navigate ambiguity, and drive issues to resolution
- Pharmaceutical, life sciences, or global R&D experience
