Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Henderson Search is hiring a part-time recruiter to support retained search and recruiting for legal services clients. The role focuses on building candidate pipelines, conducting interviews and screenings, evaluating candidates, and guiding candidates and clients through the recruiting process.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and continually nurture pipelines of strong candidates
- Conduct phone and video screenings and interviews with professionalism and warmth
- Evaluate candidates through resume reviews and structured conversations
- Act as the go-to contact for candidate and client questions throughout the process
Skills
- Confident recruiting across a mix of roles, from C-suite to individual contributor
- Energized by frequent candidate and client conversations (video, phone, and email)
- Skilled at assessing a candidate's experience, motivation, and overall fit and guiding clients through the recruiting process
- 5+ years of recruiting experience
- Sharp instincts for reading people and identifying talent
- A strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- 3+ years of LinkedIn Recruiter experience
- Experience with AI recruiting tools
- A genuine passion for helping people advance in their careers and companies grow their firms
- Integrity in how you communicate with clients and candidates, ensuring a rich and positive experience
