[Remote] Recruiter (Contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. rePurpose Global is seeking a Contract Recruiter for a six-month engagement supporting high-priority hiring initiatives. The role partners with hiring managers and People leadership to manage full-cycle recruiting and deliver an inclusive, efficient candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from intake through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent using multiple channels (Lever, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
• Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and organizational values
• Manage candidate experience with clear, timely, and respectful communication
• Track and report on hiring progress, pipeline health, and key metrics
• Support employer branding efforts and continuous improvement of recruiting processes

Skills

• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and meet tight timelines
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
• Ability to work East Coast hours
• Candidates with experience recruiting in sustainability, climate, or mission-driven organizations are strongly preferred
• Preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Experience recruiting technical, operations, or leadership roles
• Background in startups, nonprofits, or purpose-driven companies
• Familiarity with inclusive hiring practices and DEI-focused recruiting strategies
• Experience recruiting for sustainability, climate, environmental, or mission-driven organizations preferred
