Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IQVIA is hiring a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter to source, select, and hire qualified candidates across its service areas and business units. The role partners with management and business leaders, supports candidate attraction and selection, and helps ensure diverse hiring practices comply with applicable guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to source select and hire qualified candidates. This includes proactive pipelining
- Write and post job advertisements
- Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
- Coordinate job advertising in various media and attend job fairs
- Utilizing key selling points to a passive talent market to drive attraction
- Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify candidates
- Meet with business leaders to discuss current market intelligence. Use data and analytics to drive key objectives
- Assist in training line management on recruiting and selection processes
- Support a diverse workforce and comply with hiring guidelines
- Stay informed about market trends impacting candidate attraction
- Provide timely employee-related information to management
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience
- Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of market trends
- Good customer service skills and high discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task prioritize and plan routine activities
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers managers and clients
- Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone and in the US
