Remote Recruiting Intern

About the Opportunity We are seeking a motivated and professional Recruiting Intern to assist with talent acquisition and candidate outreach. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling, making it an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or someone interested in gaining experience in recruiting, human resources, sales, or business development. This internship is intended to be a long-term opportunity for the right candidate and offers hands-on experience working directly with a growing financial services and recruiting operation.

Responsibilities

• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms
• Conduct outreach to prospective candidates through LinkedIn messaging
• Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines
• Provide general recruiting and administrative support as needed

• Comfortable using LinkedIn and other online platforms
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
