[Remote] Regulatory Analyst

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Uniti is a premier insurgent fiber provider dedicated to enabling mission-critical connectivity across the United States. The Senior Regulatory Analyst will manage monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory compliance filings and support related compliance activities, including data requests, regulatory reports, payment processing, audits, and maintenance of compliance records.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately file state and federal regulatory reports for Uniti and related legal entities
• Assist with various ad hoc projects that arise during the year
• Assist in maintaining regulatory report files and tracking databases
• Proactively and professionally communicate with a variety of internal departments, vendors and regulatory agencies
• Managing regulatory audits

Skills

• 5-8 year of experience in an accounting, bookkeeping, tax, or financial reporting role
• Accounting and Financial Analysis Skills
• Accounts Payable Experience Desired

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Word and Excel
