How It Works: Phase 1 — Fronting (Start Earning Immediately) While you’re getting contracted and Ready‑To‑Sell (RTS), you’ll handle inbound calls and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.

• Earn $10–$15/hr on a commission basis while waiting for RTS
• All certifications must be completed within the FIRST MONTH.

• Answer inbound calls from Medicare‑eligible consumers
• Qualify and transfer calls while fronting
• Enroll clients into plans once RTS
• Clearly explain coverage, benefits, and costs
• Cross‑sell ancillary products
• Track activity and manage pipeline in CRM
• Follow compliant scripts while keeping conversations natural
• Hit daily and weekly production targets
• Stay current on carriers, plans, and CMS guidelines
• Protect client data and remain HIPAA compliant

Requirements

• AHIP Certification
• Released from previous upline or in process
• 10+ states preferred for higher call volume
• Medicare sales experience is a plus, not required
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Ability to work in a high‑volume call environment
• Must have a Windows 11 computer with strong internet
• iPads and tablets are not allowed
