High Point Bookkeeping is hiring an Accountant/Full-Charge Bookkeeper to provide full-cycle accounting and bookkeeping services for multiple clients. The role manages payables and receivables, prepares financial statements and reports, reconciles accounts, and provides financial analysis.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle accounting for multiple clients
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Provide financial analysis and reporting
Skills
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and other accounting software
- Experience with multi-client accounting
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Spanish speaking preferred
