Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CyberCoders is recruiting for an unnamed wealth-tech company that provides CRM software for financial advisors. The Customer Support Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customer issues and support onboarding, integrations, configurations, and technical troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact when our customers are having issues
- This includes things like acting as a technical advisor, leading complex onboarding and/or integrations, product configurations across multiple teams, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues
- Lead complex onboarding and/or integrations
- Assist with product configurations with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Skills
- Supporting SaaS applications
- Basic knowledge of cloud offerings, tools, operating systems, and browsers
- Experience communicating with clients via phone, email, chat, and video
- You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
