Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Turing is a research accelerator for frontier AI labs and a partner for enterprises deploying advanced AI systems. The Equity Research Analyst will evaluate and train AI models using expertise in equity research, sector analysis, financial modeling, and investment thesis development. The role also involves creating assessment rubrics and collaborating with AI researchers to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate LLM models on research topics such as equity valuation, sector analysis, earnings estimate modeling, and investment thesis formulation
- Create rubrics to assess model capabilities on tasks like DCF modeling, comparable company analysis, industry research, and initiating coverage reports
- Collaborate with AI researchers and fellow finance experts to shape training methods, evaluation strategies, and benchmarks
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Equity Research, Credit Research, or Sell-Side/Buy-Side Research
- Strong grasp of financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, sector dynamics, and investment recommendation frameworks
- Excellent English written communication
- CFA (Level I/II/III) or MBA in Finance
