[Remote] Remote Financial Services Associate

Globe Life is seeking a Financial Services Associate to help clients evaluate insurance protection options for themselves and their families. The fully remote role involves conducting virtual consultations, explaining life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products, maintaining client records, and providing follow-up support while participating in training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
• Identify client needs through professional conversations
• Explain available insurance products and benefits
• Help clients understand coverage and next steps
• Provide timely follow-up and responsive support
• Maintain accurate client information and records
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
• No prior insurance experience is required
